His name is Jeff Blashill. He is the head coach of the Detroit Red Wings. He is a total and complete moron and has as much business being an NHL head coach as Garf does running down the beach on Baywatch. Blashill gets nothing out of his players and says the word "process" ad nauseum like Tanner does. This is code for "I don't know what I'm talking about." Blashill is without a doubt the worst head coach in the NHL and hasn't been fired yet only because GM Dinosaur Ken Holland wants to keep him around as his scapegoat for next season when the Red Wings are once again mired in last place in the Eastern conference.
